LVJI TECH<01745> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Lvji Technology Holdings Inc. ("Lvji Technology")
will cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 01/09/2026. As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2900) of Lvji Technology as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
Lvji Technology will only be under the following arrangements: -
