FANTASIA<01777> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Fantasia
Holdings Group Co., Limited ("Fantasia"), the share consolidation
of 5 shares of HKD0.10 each ("Old Shares") in Fantasia into 1
consolidated share of HKD0.50 each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 14/08/2026.  As from Friday, 14/08/2026, a temporary counter under
the following particulars will be established for trading in the
New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 1777) for
trading in the Old Shares:-
