ZHONGZHENG INTL<00943> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Zhongzheng
International Company Limited ("Zhongzheng International"), the
share consolidation of 20 shares of HKD0.00004 each ("Old Shares")
in Zhongzheng International into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.0008
each ("New Shares") will become effective on 14/07/2025.  As from
Monday, 14/07/2025, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 943) for trading in the Old Shares:-
