ZHONGZHENG INTL<00943> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Zhongzheng International Company Limited
("Zhongzheng International") will cease after the close of business
on Friday, 15/08/2025.   As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2903)
of Zhongzheng International as represented by old share certificates
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Zhongzheng International
will only be under the following arrangements: -
