SUNCORP TECH<01063> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Suncorp
Technologies Limited ("SunCorp Technologies"), the share consolidation
of 5 shares of HKD0.006 each ("Old Shares") in SunCorp Technologies
into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.030 each ("New Shares") will become
effective on 05/08/2026.  As from Wednesday, 05/08/2026, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for trading
in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 1063) for
trading in the Old Shares:-
