SUNCORP TECH<01063> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of SunCorp Technologies Limited ("SunCorp Technologies")
will cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 08/09/2026.   As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2903) of SunCorp Technologies as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the
shares of SunCorp Technologies will only be under the following
arrangements: -
