HKC INT'L HOLD<00248> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by
HKC International Holdings Limited ("HKC International"),
the share consolidation of 8 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old
Shares") in HKC International into 1 consolidated share of
HKD0.08 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 05/02/2026.
As from Thursday, 05/02/2026, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the
New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 248)
for trading in the Old Shares:-
