HKC INT'L HOLD<00248> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of HKC International Holdings Limited
("HKC International") will cease after the close of business
on Monday, 16/03/2026.   As from the close of business on that
day, the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock
code: 2904) of HKC International as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
HKC International will only be under the following arrangements: -
