HANG YICK HLDGS<01894> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Hang Yick
Holdings Company Limited ("Hang Yick Holdings"), the share consolidation
of 20 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Hang Yick Holdings into
1 consolidated share of HKD0.20 each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 04/02/2026. As from Wednesday, 04/02/2026, a temporary counter under
the following particulars will be established for trading in the New
Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 1894) for trading in
the Old Shares:-
