HANG YICK HLDGS<01894> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Hang Yick Holdings Company Limited ("Hang Yick
Holdings") will cease after the close of business on Friday, 13/03/2026.
As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in
the consolidated shares (stock code: 2905) of Hang Yick Holdings as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in
the shares of Hang Yick Holdings will only be under the following
arrangements: -
