C SMARTERENERGY<01004> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by China
Smarter Energy Group Holdings Limited ("China Smarter Energy"),
the share consolidation of 20 shares of HKD0.0025 each ("Old
Shares") in China Smarter Energy into 1 consolidated share of
HKD0.05 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 10/02/2026.
As from Tuesday, 10/02/2026, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the
New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 1004)
for trading in the Old Shares:-
