C SMARTERENERGY<01004> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of China Smarter Energy Group Holdings Limited
("China Smarter Energy") will cease after the close of business on
Thursday, 19/03/2026. As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2907)
of China Smarter Energy as represented by old share certificates will
be withdrawn and trading in the shares of China Smarter Energy will
only be under the following arrangements: -
