NEW RAY MEDIC<06108> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of New Ray Medicine International Holding
Limited ("New Ray Medicine") will cease after the close of business
on Monday, 25/08/2025.   As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2908)
of New Ray Medicine as represented by old share certificates will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of New Ray Medicine will only be
under the following arrangements: -
