BJ SPORTS & ENT<01803> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Beijing Sports
and Entertainment Industry Group Limited ("Beijing Sports"), the share
consolidation of 10 shares of HKD0.005 each ("Old Shares") in Beijing
Sports into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.05 each ("New Shares") will
become effective on 24/08/2026.  As from Monday, 24/08/2026, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for trading
in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 1803) for
trading in the Old Shares:-
