BJ SPORTS & ENT<01803> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Beijing Sports and Entertainment Industry Group
Limited ("Beijing Sports") will cease after the close of business on
Friday, 25/09/2026.   As from the close of business on that day, the
counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2908) of
Beijing Sports as represented by old share certificates will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of Beijing Sports will only be
under the following arrangements: -
