GOFINTECH QUANT<00290> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Thursday, 06/11/2025, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 290) of GoFintech Quantum Innovation
Limited ("GoFintech Quantum") will be changed from 8,000 shares to
2,000 shares, new share certificate will have the same format and
colour as the existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel
trading in the ordinary shares of GoFintech Quantum will commence on
Thursday, 06/11/2025 under the following particulars:
