GOFINTECH QUANT<00290> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Friday, 22/05/2026, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 290) of GoFintech Quantum Innovation
Limited ("GoFintech Quantum") will be changed from 2,000 shares to
500 shares, new share certificate will have the same format and colour
as the existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of GoFintech Quantum will commence on Friday,
22/05/2026 under the following particulars:
