GOFINTECH QUANT<00290> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of GoFintech Quantum Innovation Limited
("GoFintech Quantum ") will cease after the close of business
on Friday, 12/06/2026.  As from the close of business on that
day, the counter for trading in board lot of 2,000 shares (stock
code: 2955) of GoFintech Quantum will be withdrawn and trading
in the shares of GoFintech Quantum will only be under the
following arrangements: -
