ZHIDA TECH<02650> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
H shares of Shanghai Zhida Technology Development Co., Ltd. ("Zhida
Technology") will cease after the close of business on Thursday,
09/04/2026. As from the close of business on that day, the counter for
trading in the subdivided H shares (stock code: 2910) of Zhida
Technology as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn
and trading in the H shares of Zhida Technology will only be under the
following arrangements: -
