CIDI<03881> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the H shares of CiDi Inc. ("CiDi") will cease after the close of
business on Wednesday, 08/04/2026.  As from the close of business
on that day, the counter for trading in the subdivided H shares
(stock code: 2911) of CiDi as represented by old share certificates
will be withdrawn and trading in the H shares of CiDi will only
be under the following arrangements: -
