EASYKNIT INT'L<01218> - Share Subdivision

According to the share subdivision timetable issued by Easyknit
International Holdings Limited ("Easyknit International"), the
share subdivision of 1 share of HKD0.1 each ("Old Shares") in
Easyknit International into 2 subdivided shares of HKD0.05 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 27/08/2026.  As from
Thursday, 27/08/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 1218) for trading in the
Old Shares:-
