TIAN CHENG HLDG<02110> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Tian Cheng Holdings Limited ("Tian Cheng Holdings")
will cease after the close of business on Thursday, 08/10/2026.  As
from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2913) of Tian Cheng Holdings as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in
the shares of Tian Cheng Holdings will only be under the following
