YUNJI<02670> - Share Subdivision

According to the share subdivision timetable issued by Beijing
Yunji Technology Co., Ltd. ("Beijing Yunji"), the share subdivision
of 1 H share of RMB1.00 each ("Old Shares") in Beijing Yunji into 10
subdivided H shares of RMB0.10 each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 23/09/2026.  As from Wednesday, 23/09/2026, a temporary counter under
the following particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares
to replace the original counter (stock code: 2670) for trading in the Old
Shares:-
