MP CARDIOFLOW-B<02160> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by MicroPort
CardioFlow Medtech Corporation ("MicroPort CardioFlow"), the share
consolidation of 5 shares of USD0.000005 each ("Old Shares") in
MicroPort CardioFlow into 1 consolidated share of USD0.000025 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 24/02/2026.  As from Tuesday,
24/02/2026, a temporary counter under the following particulars will
be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 2160) for trading in the Old Shares:-
