MP CARDIOFLOW-B<02160> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of MicroPort CardioFlow Medtech Corporation
("MicroPort CardioFlow") will cease after the close of business
on Monday, 30/03/2026.   As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2918)
of MicroPort CardioFlow as represented by old share certificates
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of MicroPort CardioFlow
will only be under the following arrangements: -
