BONJOUR HOLD<00653> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by Bonjour
Holdings Limited ("Bonjour Holdings"), the capital reorganisation which
comprises the share consolidation of 30 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old
Shares") into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.30 each and the capital
reduction of par value of the consolidated shares from HKD0.30 each in
Bonjour Holdings to HKD0.01 each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 11/09/2026.  As from Friday, 11/09/2026, a temporary counter under
the following particulars will be established for trading in the New
Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 653) for trading
in the Old Shares:-
