NUR HOLDINGS<00254> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by National United
Resources Holdings Limited ("National United Resources"), the share
consolidation of 10 shares ("Old Shares") in National United Resources
into 1 consolidated share ("New Shares") will become effective on
15/08/2025.  As from Friday, 15/08/2025, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to
replace the original counter (stock code: 254) for trading in the Old
Shares:-
