CAPITAL IND FIN<00730> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Capital
Industrial Financial Services Group Limited ("Capital Industrial"),
the share consolidation of 50 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares")
in Capital Industrial into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.50 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 10/09/2026.  As from Thursday,
10/09/2026, a temporary counter under the following particulars will
be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 730) for trading in the Old Shares:-
