Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Capital Industrial Financial Services Group Limited
("Capital Industrial") will cease after the close of business on
Thursday, 15/10/2026.   As from the close of business on that day, the
counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2921) of
Capital Industrial as represented by old share certificates will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of Capital Industrial will only be
under the following arrangements: -
