REALORD TECH<01196> - Share Subdivision

According to the share subdivision timetable issued by Realord
Technology Company Limited ("Realord Technology"), the share
subdivision of 1 share of HKD HKD0.10 each ("Old Shares")
in Realord Technology into 4 subdivided shares of HKD0.025 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 14/09/2026.  As from Monday,
14/09/2026, a temporary counter under the following particulars will
be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 1196) for trading in the Old Shares:-
