REALORD TECH<01196> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Realord Technology Company Limited ("Realord
Technology") will cease after the close of business on Tuesday,
20/10/2026. As from the close of business on that day, the counter for
trading in the subdivided shares (stock code: 2922) of Realord Technology
as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in
the shares of Realord Technology will only be under the following
arrangements: -
