PINESTONE<00804> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Pinestone
Capital Limited ("Pinestone Capital"), the share consolidation of
20 shares of HKD0.02 each ("Old Shares") in Pinestone Capital into
1 consolidated share of HKD0.40 each ("New Shares") will become
effective on 18/08/2025.  As from Monday, 18/08/2025, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for
trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock
code: 804) for trading in the Old Shares:-
