CENTURY GP INTL<02113> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Century Group
International Holdings Limited ("Century Group International"), the share
consolidation of 20 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Century Group
International into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.2 each ("New Shares") will
become effective on 14/09/2026.  As from Monday, 14/09/2026, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for trading in
the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 2113) for
trading in the Old Shares:-
