RISECOMM GP<01679> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Risecomm
Group Holdings Limited ("Risecomm Group"), the share consolidation
of 5 shares of HKD0.001 each ("Old Shares") in Risecomm Group into
1 consolidated share of HKD0.005 each ("New Shares") will become
effective on 19/08/2025.  As from Tuesday, 19/08/2025, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for
trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock
code: 1679) for trading in the Old Shares:-
