RISECOMM GP<01679> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Risecomm Group Holdings Limited ("Risecomm Group")
will cease after the close of business on Monday, 22/09/2025. As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2925) of Risecomm Group as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of Risecomm Group will only be under the following arrangements: -
