JINTAI ENERGY H<02728> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Jintai Energy
Holdings Limited ("Jintai Energy"), the share consolidation of 20 shares
of HKD0.00125 each ("Old Shares") in Jintai Energy into 1 consolidated
share of HKD0.025 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 15/09/2026.
As from Tuesday, 15/09/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 2728) for trading in the Old Shares:-
