JINTAI ENERGY H<02728> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Jintai Energy Holdings Limited ("Jintai Energy")
will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 21/10/2026.
As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading
in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2925) of Jintai Energy as
represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading
in the shares of Jintai Energy will only be under the following
arrangements: -
