ZCLOUD TECH CON<09900> - Share Subdivision

According to the share subdivision timetable issued by Hong Kong ZCloud
Technology Construction Limited ("ZCloud Technology Construction"), the
share subdivision of 1 share of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in
ZCloud Technology Construction into 8 subdivided shares of HKD0.00125
each ("New Shares") will become effective on 19/08/2025.  As from
Tuesday, 19/08/2025, a temporary counter under the following particulars
will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 9900) for trading in the Old Shares:-
