ZCLOUD TECH CON<09900> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Hong Kong ZCloud Technology Construction Limited
("ZCloud Technology Construction") will cease after the close of
business on Monday, 22/09/2025.   As from the close of business on
that day, the counter for trading in the subdivided shares (stock code:
2926) of ZCloud Technology Construction as represented by old share
certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
ZCloud Technology Construction will only be under the following
arrangements: -
