STERLING GP<01825> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Sterling Group Holdings Limited ("Sterling Group")
will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 22/04/2026. As
from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2929) of Sterling Group as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of Sterling Group will only be under the following arrangements: -
