NUOBIKAN<02635> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
H shares of Nuobikan Artificial Intelligence Technology (Chengdu)
Co., Ltd. ("Nuobikan") will cease after the close of business on Friday,
17/04/2026. As from the close of business on that day, the counter
for trading in the subdivided H shares (stock code: 2931) of Nuobikan
as represented by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading
in the H shares of Nuobikan will only be under the following arrangements:
