CHINAHEALTHWISE<00348> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by China Healthwise
Holdings Limited ("China Healthwise"), the share consolidation of 5 shares
of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in China Healthwise into 1 consolidated
share of HKD0.05 each ("New Shares") will become effective on 22/09/2026.
As from Tuesday, 22/09/2026, a temporary counter under the following
particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares to replace
the original counter (stock code: 348) for trading in the Old Shares:-
