GET NICE<00064> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Get Nice
Holdings Limited ("Get Nice Holdings"), the share consolidation of
20 shares of HKD0.10 each ("Old Shares") in Get Nice Holdings into
1 consolidated share of HKD2.00 each ("New Shares") will become
effective on 25/08/2025.  As from Monday, 25/08/2025, a temporary
counter under the following particulars will be established for
trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock
code: 64) for trading in the Old Shares:-
