ESPRIT HOLDINGS<00330> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by Esprit
Holdings Limited ("Esprit Holdings"), the capital reorganisation
which comprises the share consolidation of 10 shares of HK$0.1 each
("Old Shares") into 1 consolidated share of HK$1 each and the capital
reduction of par value of the consolidated shares from HK$1 each
in Esprit Holdings to HK$0.1 each ("New Shares") will become effective
on 25/08/2025. As from Monday, 25/08/2025, a temporary counter under
the following particulars will be established for trading in the New
Shares to replace the original counter (stock code: 330) for trading
in the Old Shares:-
