SANDMARTIN INTL<00482> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by Sandmartin
International Holdings Limited ("Sandmartin International"), the capital
reorganisation which comprises the share consolidation of 10 shares
of HKD0.10 each ("Old Shares") into 1 consolidated share of HKD1.00
each and the capital reduction of par value of the consolidated
shares from HKD1.00 each in Sandmartin International to HKD0.10 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 25/03/2026. As from Wednesday,
25/03/2026, a temporary counter under the following particulars will be
established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter
(stock code: 482) for trading in the Old Shares:-
