CHINA SANDI<00910> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by China Sandi
Holdings Limited ("China Sandi"), the capital reorganisation which
comprises the share consolidation of 200 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old
Shares") into 1 consolidated share of HKD2.00 each and the capital
reduction of par value of the consolidated shares from HKD2.00 each in
China Sandi to HKD0.001 each ("New Shares") will become effective on
06/10/2026. As from Tuesday, 06/10/2026, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading in the New Shares
to replace the original counter (stock code: 910) for trading in the Old
Shares:-
