WELLCELL HOLD<02477> - Share Subdivision

According to the share subdivision timetable issued by
WellCell Holdings Co., Limited ("WellCell"), the share
subdivision of 1 share of HKD0.005 each ("Old Shares")
in WellCell into 4 subdivided shares of HKD0.00125 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 21/04/2026. As
from Tuesday, 21/04/2026, a temporary counter under the
following particulars will be established for trading
in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock
code: 2477) for trading in the Old Shares:-
