WELLCELL HOLD<02477> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of WellCell Holdings Co., Limited ("WellCell")
will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 27/05/2026.
As from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading
in the subdivided shares (stock code: 2940) of WellCell as represented
by old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of WellCell will only be under the following arrangements: -
