YUZHOU GROUP<01628> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Yuzhou Group Holdings Company Limited ("Yuzhou Group")
will cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 21/10/2025.   As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in the
consolidated shares (stock code: 2943) of Yuzhou Group as represented by
old share certificates will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
Yuzhou Group will only be under the following arrangements: -
