BILLION IND<02299> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Billion
Industrial Holdings Limited ("Billion Industrial"), the share
consolidation of 2 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in Billion
Industrial into 1 consolidated share of HKD0.02 each ("New Shares")
will become effective on 14/10/2026.  As from Wednesday, 14/10/2026,
a temporary counter under the following particulars will be established
for trading in the New Shares to replace the original counter (stock
code: 2299) for trading in the Old Shares:-
